Cancellation Policy

(1) Cancel the calendar day before scheduled appointment – no penalty.

(2) Cancel the calendar day of scheduled appointment AND reschedule to another day – no penalty.

(3) Cancel the calendar day of scheduled appointment AND no rescheduling to another day – 50% of scheduled charges.

(4) No show – 100% of scheduled charges
